Kamarul Ariffin Mohd Jamil

Kamarul Ariffin is a seasoned banking professional with over 17 years of experience in banking, finance, and asset management, including his tenure as Group CEO of Affin Bank Berhad. A member of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, he currently serves in several key leadership roles, including Chairman of Maybank Islamic Asset Management, Chairman of Marine & General Berhad, and Director of Fullrich Malaysia, UM Holdings, and Kwasa Land.

Mr. Sun Jian Wei

Mr. Sun is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate and business management, with a strong background in property development, fintech, telecommunications, real estate, and private equity. He has studied real estate and business management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and actively supports China’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative. He serves in key leadership roles in various Malaysia–China business associations, contributing to cross-border economic growth and technological advancement.

Mohamed Faris Che’ Lodin

Faris Lodin is a chartered accountant (ICAEW) and qualified corporate finance professional (CISI) with PwC London training. He is the Founder of AxeHoldings, a diversified group spanning technology, AI, financial services, and ESG initiatives. Faris serves on the Global Ventures Investment Committee of Wahed Inc., advises Sri KDU Schools, and holds board positions in multiple organizations across finance, technology, healthcare, and telecommunications. With a strong track record in global technology investments, he has achieved successful exits and holds stakes in leading companies such as Anthropic, Cerebras Systems, and General Fusion.

Ainul Azam bin Ahmad Khamal

Ainul is the Managing Partner of a leading law firm with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance. He has served as Independent Director of Cyseca Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and Board Member of Prolintas Managers Sdn. Bhd., contributing to innovation, governance, and the listing of Malaysia’s first Infrastructure Business Trust.

Dato’ Tan Tian Meng

Dato’ Tan Tian Meng has over 30 years of experience in the construction and property development industry. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Muda Holdings Berhad, and previously held roles as CEO of Citic Sunsuria Sdn Bhd and Board Member of Sunsuria Bhd. He is also active in business organizations, serving as Secretary General of ACCCIM and Vice President of KLSCCCI.

Mansor Mohd Kassim

Mansor is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of diverse leadership experience across telecommunications, finance, asset management, and commodity trading.

He currently the Chief Executive Officer of Front Connect Sdn Bhd (FCSB), where he leads the company’s efforts to become a niche player in Malaysia’s telecommunications sector by optimizing network infrastructure and authorized system integrator for HIKVision.

Previously, Mansor held leadership roles in notable organizations, including Managing Director of Heveafil Group, where he restructured RM120 million in debt, doubled production capacity, and improved cash flow through innovative financial and operational strategies. He also served as Managing Director of Aroma Zaman Sdn Bhd, spearheading large-scale trading and shipment operations of commodities such as cement and bitumen internationally.

In the finance sector, Mansor held senior roles as General Manager of Hijrah Unit Trust Management and Fund Manager at Abrar Asset Management, overseeing multi-million ringgit investment portfolios and consistently delivering high returns. He also advised Mutiara Smart Sdn Bhd, a Ministry of Finance subsidiary, on cost reduction, litigation resolution, and financial streamlining.

Mansor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Accounting, from Case Western Reserve University.
